• This Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-L compact prep table's exterior is constructed of high-quality stainless steel, while the interior has an anodized aluminum construction.
• Together, these metals withstand daily, heavy-duty use.
• The unit measures 27.88 inches wide by 32.75 inches deep by 44 inches high and is furnished with casters that facilitate smooth maneuvering and stability.
• Its top section features a removable, full-length, white polyethylene cutting board and a cut-out portion that comes with eight sixth-size pans with 4-inch depths.
• A roll-down top lid can be closed over the food pans to protect ingredients from contaminants when the unit isn't being used.
