• The Hobart AM15-1 door-type dishwasher can be used as a high-temp or chemical sanitizing machine since it has the capability to perform both sanitizing methods.
• Depending on your kitchen setup, you can use this dishwasher as a straight-through or as a corner machine simply by rotating the rack holder 90 degrees.
• 0.74 gallons of water is used per rack, and the machine can clean 58 to 65 racks per hour depending on which sanitizing method your use.
